As each consultation reserves dedicated time with a senior advisor, fees are non-refundable within 24 hours of the appointment or in the case of a no-show.

Any materials or details you choose to share are reviewed only by your advising team and used solely for the purpose of preparing and delivering your session. Clients located in the European Union or European Economic Area who book as private consumers normally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance services. By completing payment and selecting an appointment within that period, you confirm that you wish Old Crane Gateway to begin providing the service immediately and acknowledge that this waives the standard 14-day withdrawal right once the consultation has taken place. If you prefer to retain the withdrawal period, simply choose a session scheduled 14 days or later.
